son is a real character. Just like your child or someone else's you know they
all have something amusing to say.
My
very excitable boy came home from school last week talking a million miles per minute. I
had no idea what he was saying. Upon asking a second time he said he could
speak Apricot.
Apricot?
What do you mean?
"I can say 'lanqiu' which means basketball. I told
my teacher I played basketball at Ready Steady Go Kids."
Casually
my husband turned around and said "Mate, don't you mean Mandarin".
Got to love it!
